There is a state in which, for a while, a person ceases to be only themselves. In which space, atmosphere, music, visuals, people and a shared feeling that is hard to describe come together as a single whole. In which no name carries more weight, and no one’s voice is louder than anyone else’s. We called this state Linkstate. The individual is not lost in it — quite the opposite. Each soul arrives carrying a completely unique gift — knowledge, memories, emotions and energy — yet something can emerge that belongs to none of us individually, and that none of us could create alone. These gifts add up. Knowledge becomes wisdom, emotions become healing, memories become stories, in a shared state that is caring, conscious, and silently shapes individuals. In which wealth is measured not in gold, but in presence. Not in what you own, but in what you offer. A smile, a touch or a considerate gesture. Many of us have actually experienced Linkstate. The arts, events, creation and the people we meet through all of these have given us, and continue to give us, the most beautiful moments of our lives. Experiences that stay with us for years, from which we can draw joy, connections, inspiration and often simply strength. This is how Linkstate Kft., and then this platform, came into being. There is, of course, business in the event industry. There is revenue, cost, interest and profit, and a responsibly run company must deal with all of these. But money has never been the goal, and it never will be. For us, money is a means. A means of giving opportunities to people and ideas we believe in. Of contributing to others’ growth alongside our own. We want to live for what gives us so much, and to pass this spirit on as widely as possible. This sincere passion for the event industry is the foundation of Linkstate’s broad range of activities. And since we have the opportunity, we would also like to contribute, through the way we work, to a fairer, more collaborative event industry. Perhaps it is a big dream. A little naive, too. But when we look back one day, we do not want to measure our achievement by how many tickets we sold, how many projects we completed, or how large Linkstate became. Instead, we want to see how many people were able, through us, to experience that particular feeling from which we still draw strength.

Why do we exist?
To us, the event industry is like a mirror shattered into pieces. Together, the pieces form the whole picture, yet we use them separately. In practice, this means that countless processes operate on separate interfaces, in separate systems and in personal networks of contacts. Linkstate was created to arrange the pieces within a single frame, so that one look at the mirror is enough to see them all. We did not want to add yet another standalone service to the event industry, but to bring closer together what already belongs together.
We believe that great music and the right technical background together can create real experiences. The right sound system, spectacular lighting and a reliable team — this is the foundation on which every great event is built.
The system you see today was first presented to the public after several years of thought and development. During that time, even we could not describe exactly what we were building. If we had to sum it up very briefly: an increasingly complete technological representation of how the event industry operates. We wanted not only to digitize processes, but also to build principles into the system that could have a positive impact on the way the event industry as a whole works. Protection for visitors and organizers. More thoroughly verified participants. Interdependent processes in a shared system. Responsibility and transparency. We do not claim that we will reform the event industry. But we are building a clearer, smoother and unusually fair event industry ecosystem.
And with every new feature, connection and service, we want to add another piece to it.

We consider humility important, both professionally and personally. We know that, sooner or later, a better, simpler, more beautiful or more effective solution almost always emerges. That is also why we are open to others’ opinions and keep learning.

We always strive to ensure that what we create has thought behind it, has its own character, and is made as well as our current knowledge allows.
Endless curiosity
We like to understand things in depth. Not only in themselves, but also in their relationships with one another. Art, technology, organization and the way people work — to us, these are not separate worlds, but parts of the same whole in which we want to operate effectively.
Responsible thinking
We love big ideas, but we do not like to ignore reality. When making a decision, creativity matters just as much as what is feasible, what is safe, what is sensible, and what is commercially viable for those involved. To us, a good solution is one that takes all of these into account together.
