Linkstate is not a large company with thousands of employees trying to sell its own people, equipment and solutions for every task. We deliberately work differently. What is extensive is our network of event industry service providers and experts, which continues to grow. For every project, we aim to put together a solution that is technically satisfactory, economically optimal, and, alongside our own creative work, gives opportunities to as many enthusiastic artists as possible. A genuine specialist reviews the requirements first. We clarify and optimize them, and eliminate unnecessary costs wherever possible. We then request and compare quotes for the clarified task in a technology-supported process. We prepare the project professionally, select the right partners, compare quotes, establish the frameworks for responsibilities and contracts, coordinate production, and take responsibility for its completion in accordance with the role we have undertaken.

Project coordination

We keep the interdependent parts of production in one pair of hands. Coordination of technical and service requirements, scheduling, budgets, quotes, contractual structure, points of responsibility, supplier communication and tracking delivery. Whether it is a single task or an entire event, we get involved where we can create real value.

We can help organize the entire technical setup for an event. Sound and acoustic systems, lighting and control technology, video technology, LED and projection, stage and rigging technology, power supply, special effects and on-site technical staff. We start with what needs to be solved, rather than an equipment list.

This is, in fact, one of the dreams behind founding the company. Concept, use of space, visual design, lighting dramaturgy, visual content, stage appearance, show elements, special installations, and coordination of sound, lighting and visuals. We do not separate the idea from feasibility. We consider creative, technical and economic aspects together from the planning stage.
