Technical production
We can help organize the entire technical setup for an event.
Sound, lighting, video technology, stage, power supply, rigging, special effects — whatever is needed. We start with what needs to be solved, rather than an equipment list.
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
You do not need to arrive with a finished technical plan, a final list of service providers, or an idea worked out in every detail. You can come with an idea, a problem, a partly assembled project, or simply the curiosity to find out whether a better solution exists. If you already have trusted specialists or partners, we are happy to work with them too.
ASSESSMENT AND OPTIMIZATION
We review the requirement(s) with specialist(s) who understand the task. We clarify what is really needed, where things can be simplified or costs reduced, and where a potentially better solution could be considered.
Quote & Discussion
For the clarified task, we request targeted solutions from all relevant service providers in our network. We compare them, then put together a quote with several tiers: - GOOD ENOUGH Solves the task completely, safely and at the lowest justified cost possible. - VERY GOOD A higher technical, visual and/or service level, where the additional expense creates real added value. - FANCY When the goal has long since gone beyond simply solving something.. :) Technology supports the outreach, organization and comparison, but the professional assessment is still carried out by a knowledgeable person.
CONTRACT AND PRODUCTION
For the chosen solution, we establish a framework for contracts and responsibilities that makes every party accountable for their commitments and their rights genuinely enforceable. We expect clear commitments, deadlines and professional responsibility from the service providers involved, as well as liability insurance where appropriate. We also prepare a plan B suited to the size and complexity of the project. We do not stop at a good quote. We follow through to proper delivery.
We can get involved for a single task, or from the first idea to the end of the event.
